This is a friend’s family recipe, so it doesn’t have exact proportions, but you can adjust it to your tastes.
tomatillos (maybe 1 lb.)
Peel off papery skins and rinse. Boil five minutes.
onion (1 cut in quarters)
garlic (~3 cloves)
Add these ingredients and boil for another 3-4 minutes. Blend everything together with a dash of salt and some fresh cilantro.
