Product Updates from Lewis Waite Farm:
3 Corner Field Farm: (Sheep’s Milk Cheese) Karen’s got blue cheese available! And four kinds of mutton sausage (Merguez, Chorizo, and Hot and Sweet Italian), ground mutton, and more!
Lewis Waite Farm: Unfortunately, we are still out of ground beef (we find it hard to believe, too), so please continue to order Manx Station (MXSF) ground beef, which is also 100% grass fed, just not dry-aged. We are hoping to post our new prices soon, so order early! We have had more liverwurst made, and have made that available. We are expecting beef back just after your delivery, so if there is something you would like reserved for next time, add it to your order notes, or it might be all gone by the next delivery. We did just get in some pork hot dogs.
Nettle Meadow Dairy: (Goat’s and Mixed Milk) We just started carrying Maple Walnut and Black Pepper with Lemon Herbs Chevre. Let us know how you like them!
West River Creamery: (Raw Cow’s and goat’s milk cheese) Glebe Mountain Swiss is back in action, as well as the plain feta, and Jane’s chevre rolls are to follow soon!
Argyllshire Farm: Barbara is offering 5 % off her lamb breakfast sausage, in bulk packages, and 5% off lamb liver.
O’Donnell Hill Farm: Special on Tenderloin Steaks (Filet Mignon)! Try these little beauties for $19.99/lb – only a few left, so grab them up as we need to make room for their new inventory, expected soon!
